Deathprint — Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 1st Feb 2026

1. Who we are

This website (“Site”) is operated under the trading name Deathprint.

Legal entity: Deathprint

Company website: www.yourdeathprint.com

These Terms govern your use of our Site and purchases from our online store.

2. Products made to order

Our products are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner Printful (print-on-demand). This means:

We only print/produce items after you place an order.

Minor variations can occur (e.g., colour tone, print placement, and sizing tolerances).

Product images are illustrative; colours may look different depending on your screen.

3. Ordering and contract formation

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy.

We accept your order when we send an order confirmation email and/or when your payment is successfully processed.

If we cannot fulfil your order (e.g., stock/production constraints), we will contact you and refund you where appropriate.

4. Pricing, taxes and payment

Prices are shown in [GBP/USD/EUR] and include VAT where applicable.

Delivery/shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Payment is taken at the point you place your order via our payment provider(s) Stripe/PayPal/etc.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. These are estimates, not guarantees, as they can be affected by production times and carriers.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide. Title passes when we receive full payment.

6. Addresses and failed delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect/incomplete or delivery was not collected, we may be able to reship, but you may need to pay additional shipping/production costs.

7. Cancellations and changes

Because items are made to order and production can begin quickly, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order is placed.

If you contact us immediately after ordering, we’ll try to help if production hasn’t started — but we may not be able to.

Your statutory cancellation rights (where they apply) are explained in our Refund Policy.

8. Our “one tree per item” impact promise

For each item purchased, where stated, we use part of the profits to fund the planting of one tree through our partner Ecologi.

Tree planting is carried out by Ecologi and its project partners.

Planting may be recorded/fulfilled in batches and may not occur the same day as your purchase.

If we ever change this programme, we will honour the promise for orders already placed.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including branding, graphics and designs) is owned by or licensed to us. You may not use it without permission.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for:

death or personal injury caused by negligence,

fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation,

or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for:

losses not caused by our breach or negligence,

indirect or consequential losses,

or delays outside our reasonable control (e.g., carrier disruptions).

11. Complaints and contact

If you have any issues, contact us at [EMAIL] with your order number.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts there will have jurisdiction (unless mandatory consumer law in your location requires otherwise).
