Refunds & Returns Policy
Deathprint — Refunds & Returns Policy
Last updated: 1st Feb 2026
1. Key principle: made-to-order (no size returns)
All Deathprint items are made to order (print-on-demand). For that reason:
We do not accept returns or exchanges for: wrong size, change of mind, colour preference, ordering the wrong item/variant.
Please check sizing information carefully before ordering.
This policy is designed to align with print-on-demand fulfilment constraints and industry practice. It does not limit your statutory rights if items are faulty or not as described.
2. Faulty, damaged, misprinted, or wrong items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we will offer a replacement or refund.
To report an issue:
Contact us via the contact page on our website www.yourdeathprint.com with your order number and clear photos.
Please contact us as soon as possible, and ideally within 30 days of delivery so we can raise a claim with our fulfilment partner.
In many defect cases, you won’t need to return the item; we may resolve via reprint/refund.
Your UK consumer rights: If goods are faulty or not as described, UK consumers typically have a short-term right to reject within 30 days for a refund, and other remedies after that.
Nothing in this policy removes those rights.
3. Lost in transit / not delivered
If tracking shows the parcel is lost or it hasn’t arrived:
Contact us via the contact page on our website www.yourdeathprint.com
Please report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and submit a claim where relevant.
4. Returns procedure (when required)
If a return is required (rare), we’ll confirm the return address and instructions. Do not return items without contacting us first.
If the item is confirmed faulty/damaged/wrong, we will cover reasonable return postage where required by law.
5. Cancellations (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
UK distance-selling rules can give consumers a 14-day cancellation right in many online purchases, but there are exceptions (including certain bespoke/personalised items).
Because our items are made to order, cancellation may be limited in practice. If you want to cancel, contact us immediately via the contact page on our website www.yourdeathprint.com. If production hasn’t started and we can stop the order, we will.
Where a statutory right to cancel applies, you must tell us within the required timeframe and return goods in line with the regulations.
6. Tree planting note
Our “one tree per item” commitment is funded from our profits via our partner Ecologi. This does not affect your consumer rights or your eligibility for remedies under this policy.
